Examples are stress, work pattern and lack of exercise. These factors contribute to the accumulation of belly fat. Normally belly fat is not so easy to remove and it requires more effort to reduce.

Carbohydrates and junk food – 1st way

Your body is not able to metabolize too much carbohydrate at one time and at the same time the body does not need more energy at once. The excess sugar if any from your diet will be stored as fat at your belly. Hence, you should understand that carbohydrate is essential but not more carbohydrate at one time. Avoid pasta, cakes and biscuits and they can be called as foods that contain bad carbs. Take as much as fruits and vegetables and thereby you are taking good carbs. Take slow sugar releasing diets like oats, sweet potatoes, pulses and brown rice. Junk foods are containing more carbohydrate and it consists of refined carbs. If you take these foods, your sugar level in blood is increased suddenly and it causes unutilisation of sugar in to energy and paves way to storage of fat in the belly.

Alcohol and snacks – 2nd way

Alcohol consumption causes belly fat accumulation. As you know, alcohol is containing no essential nutrition for the body and it has more and high calories. When this is taken in large quantity all the calories are not converted in to energy and it is accumulated in the belly itself. Avoid and have moderation in this habit of alcohol drinks. Avoid taking snacks(snacks contain more carbs) in the night time(when body requires no more energy at rest) And when it is taken, then the carbohydrates are not fully utilized and stored in belly as belly fat.

Exercise and belly fat – 3rd way

Start your exercise with the help of the trainer or have a helpline with books on weight loss and start your habit of exercising in the right track. There are several exercises that will help you to burn your belly fat fast.
