Swine flu death rises up to 362 in Pune including the 5 on Sunday

Swine flu takes its toll again and five died on Saturday and on Sunday in Pune. There by the toll rises to 362 in the city.

The district information officer released the details of the victims. 1. Dattu Sitaram Talape(55) of Kharpur village near Pune. 2.Varsha Vishnu Kokate(27) of Karjule Harya village of Ahmednagar 3. Tanaji Vaman Kshirsagar(40) of Chintamaninagar in Hadapsar 4.Dattatray Chandrasekar(21) of Manjari village in Pune 5. Dilshad Anwar(26) of Gavalinagar.

The fresh cases of swine flu cases also rising on Sunday and 16 fresh cases recorded on Sunday. The district has 1,590 positive cases since April this year. The condition of 22 patients is critical. All the critical cases are put in ventilator supports at various hospitals of the district.

About 2,504 people were given the anti viral drug Tamiflu on Sunday. 266 patients are given treatment in various hospitals. The toll stood at 151 since April this year.
