"She is basically harassing him", Bath told Cleveland station WJW.

The video was taken by another former caregiver who was in the room at the time.

The video appears to show Brittany Fultz flashing the elderly man, straddling his leg, and grinding her body against his thighs.

"I can show you new things, I can show you new things", Fultz (left and right) is heard saying to the man at one point in the video.

"The man knew exactly what was going on and had no problem whatsoever with it", Oglesby told the Associated Press.

The video is understood to have been taken a few months ago, but it has only just surfaced.

Another employee at The Commons of Providence in Sandusky recorded Brittany L. Fultz, 26, making a lewd advance toward the male resident, police Detective Anthony Bath told the Sandusky Register. This was not something he wanted, ' he said.

'He did not want this going on'.

"He has no way to defend himself because he's a 100 years old and diagnosed with dementia".

The video also allegedly shows Fultz pulling down her trousers and exposing herself to the the elderly resident, who police say has been diagnosed with dementia.

"We are cooperating with local police who are handling the investigation, and we will not comment further about the ongoing investigation", Lehmkuhl said in a statement.

Fultz was released on bond the same day she was arrested and is awaiting another court appearance for her lewd actions. Of question is what motivated the two women to exploit the man along with abusing their authority of trust and power.
