One entertainer who did unload was singer Katy Perry, delivering a laundry list of political messages as she performed her new single "Chained to the Rhythm".

Katie Perry isn't one to hold back when it comes to saying what she thinks - remember that time she called Taylor Swift 'Regina George in sheep's clothing' on Twitter?

"I just lost my respect for Katy Perry". When he asked her about her break from music she said she was looking after her mental health. As the most followed person on Twitter, the world is eagerly awaiting news on her follow-up to her last album "PRISM" which peaked at Number 1 on the Official Album Charts in the United Kingdom and the US Billboard Top 200.

The joke was in reference to Britney Spears' public struggles in 2007 when she shaved her head and had a number of unusual interactions with the press after reportedly leaving rehab.

Another person wrote, "Mental illness isn't amusing".

Rumors about Rob and Chyna breaking up have been circulating nearly since they first started dating. The Kardashian sisters allegedly ordered the investigator to follow Tyga's baby mama.

Katy Perry was so happy to be at the 2017 Grammys tonight to debut her latest single 'Chained to the Rhythm, ' but did she have to take a cheap shot at the legendary Britney Spears?

In the clip, Britney says: 'A book in Malibu is all you need, ' with a small giggle which starts to terrify when placed on an endless loop. "Okay, girl. Bye. @katyperry", tweeted one person. Unfortunately, Perry had a pretty insensitive answer prepared for that question, and it unambiguously referenced Britney Spears' public breakdown in 2007.

Before the show had even begun, Katy Perry received a backlash for a comment she made on the red carpet.

"Katy, let's not forget @britneyspears has something you will never have: A #Grammy #KatyPerryIsOverParty", wrote a Spears fan.

Britney turned to Instagram again to respond to Katy's shady comments about Spears' mental health struggles, noted Metro.
