During the latest preview of the Dance Moms newest season, Miller seems to be struggling with not only her present legal situation, but a bit too much of her past coming back to bite her in the butt. Miller announces/yells. Although one mother protests, "Tryouts are over", Abby says, "I don't think so".

However, it looks like it will be quite the challenge to convince Conti to have Miller do prison time because, as per CBS News, the federal judge has already filed tentative findings in which she appears to agree with Miller's attorneys' argument.

Abby Lee Miller's final season of Dance Moms will be filled with countless meltdowns! Her second day of sentencing will be on February 24.

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of the new trailer for Dance Moms?

The newcomer is reportedly 14-year-old Jane Dickson, and she will be given the chance to dance with the other elites in the group number, "Blush and Bashful". He stressed that Abby Lee schemed to defraud the court, hid more than $755,000 income and falsified bankruptcy schedules even if under oath.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Gregory Melucci called witnesses to support his contention that she tried to avoid repaying her debt by hiding the income.

The reasoning being that after the bankruptcy fraud was revealed, no creditors lost any money.

In the teaser, Miller can be seen crying, screaming and grabbing her hair as she has multiple breakdowns. That being said, it won't be long before the "Dance Moms" host learns whether she will have to do some time.

Shortly after, Miller was also charged with failing to report $120,000 Australian currency when she brought it into the United States illegally.

Ashlee gets in the face of the new Dance Mom and says, "The last thing I need is for a mom to come in here and bully my kid again".
