Amber Alert for missing boys; mother accused of kidnapping

An Amber Alert for two children issued in Englewood Sunday morning came to an end Sunday night after police received an anonymous tip that led police to their location.

According to the Englewood Police Department, 8-year-old Johnny Dinapoli and big brother Joseph Dinapoli, 12, went outside around 5:30 Sunday morning to get something from the auto.

Authorities said the boys went to get something from their grandfather's auto, and when the grandfather went back to check on them, he saw the boys leaving in an SUV with their mom.

Joseph is described as 4-foot-10 with brown hair and blue eyes. The vehicle reportedly has a temporary tag and was headed in the direction of Morrison. He was law seen in a hoodie and gray sweatpants.

Their biological mother Rebecca is 5-foot, 6-inches, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. "When grandpa went to the door to check on the boys he saw the GRY/Silver Chevy Equinox pulling out of the driveway with mom driving", The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.
