"Remember, the moment you mention Russian hacking and the election, the same sentence, you know what the impression is for a lot of the viewers", she told CNN's Chris Cuomo in a contentious interview on CNN's "New Day".

A recurrent theme during presidential counsellor Kellyanne Conway's round of Friday morning TV appearances was the Obama administration's decision to leak it's claim of Russian hacking before President-elect Donald Trump had ben briefed on the evidence. "Did [the Director of National Intelligence James] Clapper come out in early October and say, 'We know it was Russia?'" he demanded to know. "That's the question. What's the answer?" "We certainly don't want intelligence to interfere with politics and we don't want politics to interfere with intelligence".

"He's not sheltering Russian Federation, don't you say that again". Conway said. "Do you really think that Russian Federation wanted Donald Trump to be elected president?"

Cuomo said that Trump and his allies were having problems separating the investigation into the hackings and the subsequent politicization of its findings.

Conway seemed to nitpick the way Cuomo asked the question and repeatedly tried to dodge the it, often referring to Trump's planned intelligence briefing, which is scheduled for today.

British traveller Stacey Tierney found dead in Melbourne gentlemen's club
Tierney told the Herald Sun that she wanted to become a nurse. "I thought it was a bit dodgy", Ashley said. "I miss her so much". Police are probing how the 29-year-old Stacey Tierney, from Manchester, was dead for 12 hours before being found on December 18.

"We feel that way as well", Conway said, agreeing with Bolling's comment that it was a political report.

Conway condescended the CNN host, saying she knew he was very passionate about the topic. "There are those out there who are trying to de-legitimize his presidency, review the election results", she said.

Cuomo, astonished by this response, incredulously said: "Sure I am".

"No, it's not", Conway said, to Cuomo's astonishment.

"Hey Chris, not ducking a thing".
