'Power Rangers' Movie: First Look At Zordon And Alpha From VR Experience

But given the Power Rangers movie's penchant for updating designs to make them look absolutely nothing like their original forms, I'm honestly kind of surprised Zordon isn't a giant floating holo-head attached to a 20m Godzilla monster or something.

CES begins on January 5, but today images surfaced on Reddit showing parts of the VR film revealing Zordon and Alpha 5 (Bill Hader).

Although we have seen some concept art of Alpha in the past, the latest news regarding the Power Rangers movie comes from CES 2017 and the VR experience that now being demoed in Las Vegas. Fans are still a bit split on the look of the iconic costumes, but curiosity seems to have overtaken any misgivings about the style.

Power Rangers stars Bryan Cranston (Zordon), Elizabeth Banks (Rita Repulsa), Naomi Scott (Kimberly/Pink Ranger), David Denman (Sam Scott), Becky G. It's safe to say that this movie is a complete reimagining of what we've seen previously of the Power Rangers. We will update with our findings after we get some time with the demo. If you're not too familiar with the world of Power Rangers, Zordon is the ancient wise galactic sage who mentors the five rangers.
