Girl, 16, 'was tortured and starved to death by her own parents '

Nicole is charged with one count of first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree kidnapping, one count of child endangerment resulting in death, three counts of child endangerment causing serious injury and three counts of neglect of a dependent person.

A magistrate placed a bond of $2.1 million for Nicole Marie Finn, who is also charged with first-degree murder and endangerment leading to death, and a bond of $1.5 million for the woman's husband.

Court reports, according to the Daily Mail UK, stated that Nicole Finn killed her daughter 'intentionally, wilfully, deliberately, with premeditation and malice aforethought'. Both adults are in jail with scheduled appearances in court, December 19.

According to WBLZ Natalie was a student at Walnut Creek Campus school but had not been enrolled this year.

Neighbours described Natalie as sweet and outgoing but said they did not interact much with the family.
