Troopers said the rig then struck and killed the driver of that auto, 22-year-old Wilby Henriquez-Vazquez of Harrisburg, who was outside of the vehicle.

Henriquez-Vazquez was standing along the shoulder of the roadway next to his 1999 Honda Accord that was disabled due to another crash that occurred earlier, police said.

Investigators say after hitting the disabled vehicle, the truck hit Henriquez-Vazquez, who was outside the vehicle.
